I don't work at The University of Texas at Austin, can I still attend?
YES! PDD is open to all higher education professionals who are able to attend. If tickets are still available, please feel free to register!
What meals will be served at the conference?
Breakfast and lunch will be provided at 8am and 12pm.
I would like to request a vegetarian/gluten-free meal. How do I do that?
When you register for your ticket on Eventbrite, you should indicate your dietary needs.
Do I HAVE to download the PDD app?
No, there will be printed programs available, but the app is recommended.
When is the last day to register?
We will be accepting registrations until Thursday, February 7th. Payment can be made online with a credit card or you can request an invoice to be forwarded to your department contact. Unfortunately, we are unable to do Interdepartmental Transfers (IDT). If there are any questions about payment, please email us directly at email@example.com.
Is parking included with the registration?
No, it is not included. Garage parking is available in the San Antonio Garage.
Do I need to be a member of ACA or APSA to attend?
No! Anyone who feels they could benefit from the Professional Development Day Conference is welcome to attend.
If my proposal is selected, will I still need to pay the registration fee?
If you attend the conference, then yes. Presenters who attend only their session are not required to pay for registration.
